Valorem Logistics LLC is a Pennsylvania-based logistics company that provides last-mile delivery support and related operational services. Our Site may allow users to:

  • Request delivery capacity or service information

  • Apply to drive or express interest in delivery work opportunities

  • Contact Valorem for general inquiries

The Site is provided for informational and communication purposes only.

2) Eligibility to Use the Site

You may use the Site only if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old, and

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3) No Guarantee of Services or Employment

A. Service Requests

Submitting a “Request Delivery Capacity” form does not create a contract or guarantee service availability. Any services Valorem provides will be governed by a separate written agreement or confirmed operational terms.

B. Driver Applications

Submitting an “Apply to Drive” form does not guarantee employment, onboarding, route assignment, or work availability. All driver opportunities are subject to:

  • Operational needs

  • Eligibility review

  • Compliance requirements

  • Partner program requirements (if applicable)

Valorem may accept or decline applicants at its discretion, to the extent permitted by law.

4) User Submissions and Accuracy of Information

When you submit information through the Site, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete

  • You will not submit false or misleading information

  • You are responsible for updating information if it changes

Valorem may rely on the information you submit when responding to inquiries or reviewing applications.

5) Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Site in a way that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

  • Infringes the rights of others

  • Harasses, threatens, defames, or abuses any person

  • Uploads or transmits malware, viruses, or harmful code

7) Driver Applicant Terms (Additional Conditions)

If you submit a driver application or driver inquiry, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You may be required to meet eligibility standards such as:

    • Valid driver’s license

    • Acceptable driving record

    • Ability to perform essential job functions (including lifting packages)

    • Availability and operational requirements

  2. You may be asked to complete additional onboarding steps, which may include:

    • Identity verification

    • Motor vehicle record review

    • Background screening (where required or applicable)

    • Training or safety orientation

  3. Any work opportunity may depend on third-party delivery program requirements.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship unless and until a formal offer is made and accepted in writing.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, designs, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Valorem and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, or print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or display Site content for commercial purposes

  • Use Valorem’s branding or trademarks without written permission

  • Reverse engineer or exploit Site code or design elements

9) Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Valorem does not control and is not responsible for:
